Your pet may suffer a physical or badly injury that happens accidentally as a result of external, violent and visible means. Examples are any broken bones, a snake bite and a dog or cat fight.

This is an unexpected sickness, disease or change to your pet’s normal healthy state, which is not cause by injury to your pet. An upset stomach, skin condition or ear infection are examples.
