We've got plans* for you
There is no waiting period for accidental claims, but you must wait for a period of 30 days before submitting your first illness claim, 60 days for illness claims on Rogz Ultimate only, as well as 60 days for wellness claims on Rogz Superior and Rogz Ultimate. Hereditary conditions have a waiting period of 12 months. Please note cover and benefits are dependent on the plan selected. These waiting periods also apply when upgrading to a higher plan.

What is an
accidental injury?
Your pet may suffer a physical or bodily injury that happens accidentally as a result of external, violent and visible means. For example any broken bones, swallowing a foreign object or a snake bite.
What is illness?
This is an unexpected sickness, disease or change to your pet’s normal healthy state, which is not caused by an accidental injury to your pet. For example an upset stomach, skin condition or ear infection.

wellness benefit?
Some of our wellness benefits include: elective sterilization/neutering, nail trimming, dental, check-up, deworming, flea control, microchipping, vaccinations or titer, heart worm and faecal test.
