Rogz Pet Insurance Newsletter Subscription Competition Terms & Conditions:

  1. Only South African citizens or those permanently residing in the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 years and older, may enter the competition.

  2. An independent attorney will oversee and certify the conducting of the competition.

  1. The competition will run from 09:00 on Monday, 04 December 2023 to 23:59 on Monday, 18 December 2023.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt: any reference in these terms and conditions to “Rogz Pet Insurance” refers to a pet insurance product underwritten by Dotsure Limited (Registration number: 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

  1. To be entered into the competition, you must subscribe to the Rogz Pet Insurance Newsletter to stand a chance to win.

  1. The winner will be announced by 16 January 2023.

  1. Multiple entries per person will not be permitted.

  1. All entrants must use their own correct personal details to enter.

  1. Entry is free of charge.

  1. There is no automatic prize for entering.

  1. The winner will be selected by means of a system generated random draw.

  1. The prize shall be a Rogz puppy pack to the value of R1150.00 for the pet of the qualifying winner drawn.

  1. The winner will receive the prize will be couriered directly to the winner once they have stipulated their delivery address.

  1. The winner will be notified via an email or phone call from a Rogz Pet Insurance representative.

  1. The prize is non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

  1. Fraudulent and duplicate entries will not be allowed. Rogz Pet Insurance reserves the right to disregard these entries.

  1. We will respond to any questions or queries about the competition via info@rogzpetinsurance.co.za.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt: any reference in these terms and conditions to Rogz (Pty) Ltd refers to the pet gear brand Rogz (Pty) Ltd (Registration number: 2002/030628/07), a private company registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  1. By accepting the terms and conditions, all participants hereby consent thereto that, should they be drawn as the winner, they allow Rogz Pet Insurance to publish their name on the Rogz Pet Insurance social media pages. Should the winner however not want their name published, they must inform Rogz Pet Insurance immediately, failing which Rogz Pet Insurance will proceed to publish their name.

  1. No employees, directors, members, consultants, partners, or agents of Rogz (Pty) Ltd, Dotsure Limited or any of their related or interrelated entities are eligible to enter this competition, nor are any of their immediate family members.

  1. Rogz Pet Insurance accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the competition. Rogz Pet Insurance further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.

  1. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding.

  1. Should Rogz Pet Insurance be unable to contact the winner and/or should the winner fail to respond to communications sent to the contact details provided by them, within 7 (seven) days from the date that the winner was notified by Rogz Pet Insurance, Rogz Pet Insurance reserves the right to draw another winner, withdraw the prize completely or donate the prize to a registered charity of its choice.

  1. Rogz Pet Insurance shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

  1. The competition will be governed by South African law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

  1. These terms and conditions constitute the competition rules which are available for inspection upon request.

  1. ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
